LifeH2H puts all providers 'on same page'

COLUMBIA, S.C. — LifeH2H has completed an acquisition and plans to launch a new product in 2019 to help other HME providers better position themselves to health systems.
“We believe there's an incredible disconnect between the health system and post-acute care,” said Dewey Roof, president of LifeH2H. “What the (health system's) needs are and what they are looking to accomplish, versus what we have to do to be successful as HME providers.”

WASHINGTON - Lawmakers narrowly avoided a default last week when they reached an agreement on funding the federal government through Jan. 15, 2014. What does that mean for the HME industry? COLUMBIA, S.C. - Long Term Care, doing business as Long's HME, has a new owner, a new name and new services. Dewey Roof, a partner in Long Term Care, has taken over the HME business and created a parent company called LifeH2H (Hospital to Home) to oversee LifeHME and the newly formed LifeTouch, a patient discharge management company.
