Viemed balances business, wins at QIC level

LAFAYETTE, La. – Viemed’s latest growth figures signal that business is returning to something close to normal, company execs said during a recent call to discuss first quarter financial results for 2022.
The company reported core net revenues increased 18% compared to the same period last year.
“To sum up the overall theme of the first quarter, I would say execution, fueled by demand, driven by return-to-normal course of business,” said CEO Casey Hoyt.

QIC demonstration to wrap by year end

WASHINGTON – The Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) will begin winding down the demonstration that ends Dec. 31, 2021.
The demonstration project allows HME providers to speak with reconsideration professionals by phone to try and resolve their cases. Providers are being asked not to delay in returning participation forms or documentation.

YARMOUTH, Maine - Stakeholders are not happy that C2C Innovative Solutions appears to be losing its gig as the Qualified Independent Contractor for HME.
Jacksonville, Fla.-based C2C has popularized a demonstration project that allows HME providers to speak with reconsideration professionals by phone to try and resolve their cases. WASHINGTON - Industry stakeholders are throwing their support behind expanding a demonstration project that allows providers to speak with reconsideration professionals by phone to try and resolve their appeals.
