WASHINGTON - Walmart has removed CPAP devices from its website, after hearing concerns from AAHomecare. Last week, the association had sent a letter to Walmart, reminding the retail giant that both federal and North Dakota laws prohibit the sale of CPAP devices without prescriptions.
