HALIFAX, Va. – Home Care Alliance of Virginia is looking to fill out its network of providers to serve more patients of the United Mine Workers of America Health and Retirement Funds, one of several contracts it holds, says Executive Director Wayne Stanfield.

Although Wayne Stanfield has been with the Home Care Alliance of Virginia almost since its inception nearly 35 years ago, many in the HME industry will remember his role as a player on the national advocacy stage, as president and CEO of the National Association of Independent Medical Equipment Suppliers.

HALIFAX, Va. – The Home Care Alliance of Virginia seeks to expand its DME provider network to serve patients of the United Mine Workers of America Health and Retirement Funds. HCAV is one of seven contractors serving UMWA beneficiaries nationwide and is currently seeking providers in multiple areas, including Utah, Wyoming, Illinois, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama and Missouri.
