NEW YORK – Tomorrow Health and Geisinger Health Plan will extend the transition period for a new referral program in Pennsylvania from March 1 to May 1. Referral sources should send orders first to Tomorrow Health, but during the transition, DME suppliers should directly service and fulfill any orders sent directly to them, and then submit all relevant documentation via fax to Tomorrow Health.
