Roscoe makes buy

STRONGSVILLE, Ohio - Roscoe Medical has acquired Revolution Mobility, it was announced Jan. 28.
The deal will allow Roscoe Medical to expand its retail offerings under the Viverity brand name, according to a press release. The Los Angeles-based Revolution Mobility imports and wholesales DME and aids to daily living.
“We are pleased with this acquisition, as it will strengthen our position with their retail product offerings and market presence," said Paul Guth, president and CEO of Roscoe Medical. “Our combined customer base will benefit greatly from enhanced product offerings, distribution capabilities and services that we will be able to provide.”
Roscoe Medical's core product lines include respiratory, CPAP, pain management and DME.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
