MobilityWorks, HASCO merge

RICHFIELD, Ohio and DALLAS, Texas - MobilityWorks and HASCO Medical have entered into a merger agreement. HASCO will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of MobilityWorks. "The merger with HASCO will allow us to offer an even higher level of service to its customers,” said Bill Koeblitz, CEO of MobilityWorks, in a release. “With 57 locations in 21 states, we are able to take care of over half of the people in the USA. We stretch from coast to coast." Hasco Holdings, which owns approximately 65% of the HASCO's stock, will issue a written consent approving the merger.
