ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Aeroflow Health has undergone a “revolution” over the past 20 years, most recently with a rebrand that’s part of the company’s strategic plan to evolve with health care, says Ryan Bullock, who was recently named chief strategy officer.
Aeroflow launched in 2001 as a traditional HME provider offering home oxygen and other durable medical equipment, but these days it offers products through four divisions: Breast Pumps, Urology, Sleep and Diabetes.
“The rebrand has allowed us to recommit to our diverse offerings, while still unifying us as a singular large provider with the goal of delivering better health,” said Bullock. “By working collaboratively across our divisions, we are able to provide a seamless and coordinated approach to care that meets the unique needs of each patient.”
Along with the rebrand, the company recently made several leadership appointments: In addition to Bullock’s new role, Aeroflow has appointed Scott Sonnone, previously CFO, as president; and Lauren Bennett, previously vice president of Aeroflow Sleep, as COO.
“As we navigate the evolving landscape, these executive roles are pivotal in positioning Aeroflow Health as a dynamic player ready to seize opportunities and overcome challenges,” Bullock said. “We’re not merely adapting; we’re proactively shaping our future.”
In his new role as chief strategy officer, Bullock will work to identify future growth opportunities to position the company for long-term success, he says.
“I am excited to work with our talented team to drive innovation and growth, and to continue to deliver exceptional care and service to our patients and partners,” said Bullock. “The strategy is not just a plan; it's a roadmap to our continued success.”
A big driving force of that strategy – not only for Aeroflow but for health care at large – will be technology, says Bullock.
“We believe the future of health care lies in the integration of technology and personalized care,” he said. “We are focused on leveraging advancements in telehealth, remote monitoring and data analytics to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall health care experience.”
