Team Invacare wins 100 medals

ELYRIA, Ohio - Invacare has announced that athletes using Top End and Kuschall wheelchairs and handcycles won more than 100 medals at the Paralympic games in August and September in London. The Team USA men's basketball team, for example, beat Team UK for the bronze medal. The team was led by Paul Schulte, co-captain and point guard. “These athletes are realizing their dreams on an international stage and these stories, these victories are why we come to work every day,” stated Lou Slangen, executive vice president of marketing and chief product officer at Invacare. “They are real life examples of Invacare's brand promise.”
