MetroStar opens doors to Sandy victims

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - To assist in recovery efforts for Hurricane Sandy, MetroStar Home Health Products will open its warehouse doors to a donation drive for victims of the disaster, according to a press release. MetroStar will be accepting donations of canned goods, nonperishable items, household items and monetary donations. “We are a Brooklyn-based company,” Isaac Newman, COO at MetroStar, stated in the release. “Our employees, families and patients have been directly affected by this devastation—we need to do something!” The MetroStar team is currently stationed at their Brooklyn showroom and are ready to accept donations.
