LAKE FOREST, Ill. - Salter Labs has acquired Coconut Creek, Fla.-based InnoMed Technologies to broaden its airway management product offerings, according to a press release. COCONUT CREEK, Fla. - InnoMed Technologies has named Ron Richard its new CEO, according to a press release. In the position, Richard will run InnoMed and also oversee its sister companies, Mergenet Medical and RespCare, the release noted. Richard has more than 30 years of experience in health care. Most recently, he was CEO for the Americas for REKA Health.
