SoClean sues Sunset

PETERBOROUGH, N.H. - SoClean has initiated patent infringement litigation against Sunset Healthcare Solutions and its Zoey CPAP sanitizer in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. SoClean said in a statement to HME News that, based on a preliminary finding, the court found there is a “substantial likelihood of prevailing on its claim of infringement.” The case is now scheduled to proceed to discovery and trial.
