LOS ANGELES - Patient Home Monitoring (PHM), a company focused on rolling up annuity-based healthcare service companies in the U.S. and Canada, has acquired Care Medical Partners, a Georgia-based HME provider, for about $5.5 million, according to a press release. Under the terms of the deal, PHM will acquire 100% of Care Medical in exchange for $144,243 in cash and 5,655,476 in shares of PHM at $0.26 per share. Norco acquires two providers

BOISE, Idaho - Norco, a full-line HME provider based here, has made two acquisitions in the Northwest, according to a press release. Care Medical is a respiratory and medical supply company with six locations in the Portland and Seattle region, and Walgreens Respiratory Services has four locations in the Seattle and Vancouver region. Norco adds 200 employees as a result of the deals; it already employs 950. Norco operates branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Washington and Wyoming....

HAZELWOOD, Mo. - United Seating & Mobility (USM) has reached an agreement to purchase the rehab and repair divisions of Portland, Ore.�-based Care Medical Equipment, according to multiple reports. BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - In what's becoming a regular occurrence, the FBI has raided another home medical equipment provider in California.
