Former AdaptHealth exec takes reins at Advantage Healthcare

CHERRY HILL, N.J. – Advantage Healthcare, a patient-centered health care provider that manages and operates comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facilities and sleep centers, has named Dinak (Dino) Nair as its CEO, succeeding Ryan Tong. Nair brings more than 20 years of business experience, with more than a decade as a mission-driven leader growing businesses in the health care market, especially in home care, home medical equipment, diagnostic laboratory, and health system partnerships. “I am excited to join the Advantage family, and lead the company in our continued growth, building on the positive energy that has been established,” said Nair. “I look forward to collaborating closely with our team to execute initiatives to drive improved patient outcomes through greater access, while delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.” Nair most recently served as vice president and general manager of the Health Systems Operating Division at Labcorp. Prior to that, he was senior vice president at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, and vice president of operations at AdaptHealth.
