Gallahue to lead Resmed globally as president SAN DIEGO - ResMed has promoted Kieran T. Gallahue from president and COO of the Americas to President of ResMed Global. Gallahue will now assume responsibility for global operations, new business development and product innovation. He reports to ResMed CEO and chairman, Peter Farrell. Gallahue will relocate to Sydney, Australia for 10-12 months as he transitions into his new role. Cramer-Decker expands on both coasts IRVINE, Calif. - Cramer- Decker Medical, a manufacturer of compressed gas equipment, opened a 5,000-square-foot distribution facility in Baltimore and planned to be in a new 42,000-square-foot facility in Santa Ana, Calif., by the end of last month. “Now, we're two days from Florida, and one day to anywhere in New England, said Scott Decker, president of Cramer-Decker. “By having an East Coast and a West Coast location, now, we'll be able to serve the Midwest and South at minimal freight costs.” Cramer-Decker also hired a director of sales in August to manage the inside sales force and the fledgling outside sales force. Although Cramer-Decker fields just one outside rep at the moment, the company's 15-20% growth rate has stimulated plans for a larger force. Today, Cramer-Decker generates $30 million in sales nationally and $5 million in medical products sales.
