VGM taps radio personality

WATERLOO, Iowa - The VGM Group announced in March that Bryan Dodge, a professional speaker, radio personality and author, will keynote the 2012 VGM Heartland Conference in June. Dodge will speak June 5 at the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, the headquarters of the June 4-7 event. Also scheduled to appear at Heartland: Ms. Wheelchair America 2012, Josie Badger.

Lifegas creates bid website

MURRAY HILL, N.J. - Lifegas has created a new website to provide subcontracting solutions for oxygen providers involved in competitive bidding. The solutions range from standard oxygen concentrators to liquid oxygen to home tank filling systems. The site also has an area dedicated to answering questions about the makes and model numbers required to complete bids.

Somnetics has 'game plan'

MINNEAPOLIS - Somnetics International, maker of the Transcend portable CPAP, has released a marketing support program for HME providers called “Transcend Game Plan.” The program includes tools, incentives and personalized marketing coaching at no cost to retail partners. Tools include point of purchase display, box and envelope stuffers, and newsletter and web assets. It's designed to promote cash sales.

Moxi debuts website

ST. LOUIS - Moxi Enterprises, a manufacturer of American-made therapeutic support surfaces, has a new website, www.moxiiusa.com, and has increased its warranty from one year to five years. The new website includes product information and free white papers. Moxi manufactures the SelectAir and BariSelect low-air-loss systems.

Convaid has donated a Safari Tilt wheelchair to Phyllis Sluman and her daughter Makalla who has cerebral palsy.
