INDIANAPOLIS - Rehab Medical has acquired OMS Rehab, it announced today. The Kansas City, Mo.-based OMS offers orthotic devices and is a supplier of advanced rehabilitation equipment to long-term care facilities, according to a press release. “The acquisition of OMS Rehab diversifies the products we offer and allows us to provide more solutions for our patients,” said Rehab Medical President Kevin Gearheart. “Both companies share a common passion to improve the lives of others, so we look forward to working together to accomplish just that in the years to come.” OMS Rehab president Josh Boller, who previously served as a regional manger for Rehab Medical, will take on a partner role with Rehab Medical. The company provides complex rehab in 15 states, announced earlier this week that it has merged with medical device manufacturer Cork Medical.
