Persante buys Sleep Management Services

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. – Persante Health Care has acquired Sleep Management Services, which provides sleep care solutions to more than 15 hospitals in Arkansas and Texas.
As a result of the deal, Persante now operates across 85 hospital-based centers, ambulatory facilities and systems, providing in-lab and home sleep studies to more than 125,000 patients annually.

Funding for the acquisition was provided by Peninsula Capital Partners, a Detroit-based private investment firm.
