ROME, N.Y. - Nunn's Home Medical Equipment has donated $10,000 to Rome Memorial Hospital, according to a report from the Rome Observer. With the donation, the hospital purchased 100 preprinted whiteboards to help facilitate communication between providers, patients and their families. “We value our partnership with the hospital because we are joined by the same commitment of service to our community and share many of the same patients,” said Erin Weiman, co-owner of Nunn's, in the article. The new whiteboards at the hospital feature checkboxes to help providers see important patient safety information at a glance.
