FULTON, Md. - National Incontinence, a distributor of incontinence supplies, has implemented a new live chat feature on its website that allows customers to communicate with staff, according to a press release. “An online help chat allows customers to instantly interact with our customer service representatives with a click of a button,” stated Renee Mercer, president of National Incontinence. The live chat feature is available during regular business hours (8 a.m.-6 p.m.), Monday through Friday.
