ATLANTA – Organizers hosted the first Preview Night at Medtrade East at 4:30 on Monday to kick off show floor hours. The two-hour event, complete with food, drink and a live band, was a hit with exhibitors. “There was a good flow of traffic at Preview Night,” said Jason Howell, a regional sales manager for Stander, based in Utah. “Attendees were more business-oriented. Many of them said they would be back tomorrow. The people we saw were not seasoned Medtrade veterans, but it was great to hear from a lot of new dealers.” Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare was the bar sponsor for the event, VGM & Associates the bar and music sponsor, and NorthShore the “Passport to Prizes” sponsor. Mediflow, based in Toronto, also mixed business with pleasure at the event. “We got a couple of good leads,” said Sophie Chadefaud, the company’s vice president of sales and marketing. “Everybody is excited to be here. We felt a strong desire for retail products and we booked a couple of meetings. It gave attendees a chance to check out the show floor.”
Medtrade adds exhibitors
ATLANTA – Medtrade added more than a dozen exhibitors to the show floor in a directory addendum. Supreme joins AAHomecare
ATLANTA – Supreme Medical Fulfillment kicked off Medtrade East by announcing it has joined AAHomecare. “As we continue to grow our distribution business that serves HME providers throughout the Southeast, we want to be more than just a supplier that ships product,” said Colton Mason, senior vice president. “We want to be a true partner to our customers that is focused on building long-term relationships and is involved in helping to move the fall forward in payment reform advocacy.” Supreme Medical Fulfillment is at booth 1052. AAHomecare is at booth 915.
