ORLANDO - A merger agreement between AeroCare and MergeWorthRx (MWRX) has been terminated.
Under the terms of the deal, announced in October, MWRX, a Miami-based specialty purpose acquisition company, had until Dec. 26 to either complete the merger or dissolve, according to a press release.
MWRX formed in July 2013 to merge with one or more target businesses.
AeroCare, which offers respiratory products and services to more than 150,000 patients through 175 locations in 20 U.S. states, has annual revenues of $150 million.
