3B Medical sues ResMed for antitrust violations


LAKE WALES, Fla. – 3B Medical has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida against ResMed for antitrust violations.

ResMed hits double-digit revenue growth


SAN DIEGO – ResMed on Jan. 22 reported $423 million in revenues for the second quarter, a 10% increase over the same period last year. It reported $91.2 million in net income, a 5% increase. ResMed reported $231 million in revenues in the Americas, a 12% increase.
