3B/BMC scores patent victory

LAKE WALES, Fla. – 3B/BMC Medical has successfully invalidated a ResMed patent on a “cushion for patient interface” in China, it announced today. BMC in October initiated proceedings before the Chinese Patent Re-examination Board against five ResMed patents.
