Rehab van hits the road--again

The Invacare Rehab Van embarked on one heck of a road trip Feb. 1.
That's when it pulled into Methodist Hospital in Jackson, Miss.--the first of dozens of stops the van will make before finishing up in Redding, Calif. Nov. 30. The van is stocked with Invacare rehab products: power wheelchairs, manual chairs, cushions and more.
"While tradeshows are a great way to showcase our latest innovative products, the Invacare Rehab Van allows us to reach providers and clinicians on the frontlines," said Julie Jackson, director of rehab product management.
This is the second year that the Rehab Van has traveled the country, allowing providers and clinicians to get up close and personal with the company's rehab products.
"It's a rolling billboard," said Sandy Habecker, manager of tradeshows and events. "We're trying to become a household name." HME
