CPAP2Go opens third location

WEST ALLIS, Wis. - The Sleep Wellness Institute is banking on a lot of foot traffic for its newest CPAP2Go retail store.

In September, it opened a "mini" location in the Glendale Clinic in Brown Deer, a Milwaukee suburb. The clinic sees 19,000 patients each year, said Cody Glorioso.

"We are always looking for new locations," said Glorioso, DME director. "We thought, why not be where the patients are walking in and out everyday?"

The 300-square-foot store will have the most popular masks on display, but will have its full slate of masks and CPAP machines in stock. CPAP2Go offers more than 30 styles from a range of manufacturers. In addition to foot traffic, the provider expects to draw customers from a large sign out front and advertising.

CPAP2Go serves mostly private insurance customers. One popular program it offers: Its 30/30 Advantage Program. If a patient has problems with a mask within the first 30 days of use, CPAP2Go will replace it.

The Sleep Wellness Institute, an independent sleep disorders center, first ventured into retail in 2008, with a CPAP2Go store in Franklin, followed by a second retail location in 2009 in Waukesha. The provider plans to open a fourth retail location in Mequon later this fall, said Glorioso.

"There's more awareness of our services, and more awareness of all the different masks we offer for people to look at and choose from," he said. HME
